Help Me Grow Utah is an information and referral helpline available at no cost that provides parents, physicians and providers with the knowledge and resources they need to make a difference in the lives of children.

Help Me Grow Utah services include:

• Personal Care Coordination
• Free Child Development and Perinatal screenings
• Answers to pregnancy, parenting and child development questions
• Connection to community resources

We support prenatal parents and families with children through age 8, offering services in both English and Spanish.

Help Me Grow Utah’s mission is to support parents in promoting optimal development during pregnancy and early childhood by:

• Linking families to information and community resources related to pregnancy, child development and parenting.
• Providing personalized care coordination.
• Creating and facilitating partnerships within the community to improve the availability and quality of services for families.
